aluCine Latin Film+Media Arts Festival will celebrate its 16th anniversary with the first-ever retrospective on independent Latin Canadian cinema, a comprehensive official selection of films with a special focus on the environmental impact of climate change, as well as panels, parties, performances and more! As always, aluCine brings together highly-anticipated premieres of award-winning international films with independent film and new media works by Latino-Canadian filmmakers to showcase the diversity and vibrancy of Latin American culture.

One of the largest Latino-themed cultural celebrations in Canada, the TD Salsa in Toronto Festival spans over a three week period (June 30th - July 17th 2016) and features mucho music, dance, food and family fun. What started as a local two-day event (Salsa on St. Clair Street Festival) in 2005, has grown into a nationally recognized celebration that attracts hundreds of thousands of salsa lovers from near and far. The TD Salsa in Toronto Festival and Salsa on St. Clair Street Festival are produced by the Canadian Salsa Festivals Project, a federally incorporated Not-for-profit organization.

August 5th - 7th, 2016

The Krinos Taste of the Danforth is Canada's largest street Festival, welcoming approximately 1.65 million attendees annually. The Festival is celebrating its 23rd anniversary and this year the Festival is even bigger and better than before. With dozens of free activities for visitors of all ages. And of course Food, Food, and more Food! People are always surprised when we tell them that the Festival is run primarily by a board of directors consisting of volunteers from the local community. They're also fascinated by the fact that the concept began 23 years ago when a number of competitors decided to get together to participate in what is now known as co-op or coalition advertising.

A celebration of Spanish and Latin-American: Arts, Food, Music and Entertainment free of charge for all. Founded in 1982 the 35th. Anniversary of Hispanic Fiesta will take place once again at Mel Lastman Square in Toronto, Ontario, Canada during the Labour Day Weekend, Sept. 2, 3, 4 & 5, 2016.
Hispanic Fiesta a four day celebration filled with the splendid sounds, tempting treats and colorful culture that Hispanic heritage is famous for. Featuring 300 local, national and International Hispanic performers from over 20 different Spanish speaking countries.
